This is a perfect extracurricular volunteer opportunity for medical students, PA students and those in medical preparatory programs to serve the community while getting one-on-one mentoring and hands-on education. Please contact us at email@example.com to become a Sunday triage volunteer.
Cultural and Clinical Competency Training
Peacework Medical Training Team
Peacework Medical provides cultural competency and clinical competency training and workshops to help medical and mental health professionals care for their transgender and gender non-conforming patients.
We also have a program to help non-clinical non-profit and corporate organizations better care for their transgender employees and customers.
We see the gaps in compassionate, competent care for the transgender community. We seek to address fear and bias, while bringing best practices into your organization, from the front desk staff to the person who signs the checks, and all policy and procedural places in between.
